We are a 12-bed assisted living home for the elderly. These types of homes are also known as RCFE (Residential Care Facilities for the Elderly), or Board & Care Homes. Our community is licensed by the State of California through the Department of Social Services, License #435294272. We are located in West San Jose, CA, adjacent to the cities of Campbell, Santa Clara, Saratoga, and Los Gatos. Caring Hearts has been serving the elderly community for over a decade and is regarded as one of the best assisted living homes in the area.
