Our Home
Caring Hearts offers assisted living within residential care homes, otherwise known as RCFEs or Board & Cares, for the elderly. Our elderly residential care communities are licensed by the state of California through the Department of Social Services. We are located in West San Jose, California, close to the cities of Campbell, Santa Clara, Saratoga and Los Gatos.

Our homes are caring communities in which each resident is surrounded by love and support. Being with other people on a daily basis has a positive effect on the morale and well-being of a person, and is very important in a board and care setting. We provide patience, understanding, compassion and professional knowledge. These four tenets of care are all fundamental requirements for everyone on our team of care providers.
