Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Assist clients with needs per care plan (ex. personal hygiene, bathing, dressing, lift/transfers)
• Assist with meals, taking medications, and other incidental needs
• Provide assigned housekeeping and laundry services
• Maintain cleanliness and safety of facility
• Engage with clients throughout the day in a team effort to enhance daily life & well-being
• Document and report

Essential Requirements

• Be at least 18 years of age
• Proficient in speaking, reading, and writing English
• Effective communication skills
• Recognizes the needs of others and willing to lend a helping hand
• Must successfully complete a TB skin test or chest x-ray, State fingerprint & FBI background check, Health Screening, First Aid certified, *CPR (for swing and NOC shift)
• Ability to lift or shift at least 30lbs
• Ability to be on your feet, walk, squat, push, pull
